Terminology:

Channels - Sender number which is use to send whatsapp message

Number- Receiver Number

1) Limit:

Daily Limit of Sending Dynamic API with 1 channel is 2000 numbers per day.

For more numbers ask us to add more channels.

Further/ Additional channels will be added at one time setup cost of

Rs 5000/-

2) Validity:

Validity depends upon quantity, As mentioned below:

1 Lak minimum - Validity 1 year

Note: After setup, if higher quantity is recharged again, then validity shall be increased

accordingly. (Validity Based on Trai rules will change without prior intimation)

3) Speed:

Broadcasting speed is 60-180 Messages per hour depending upon the content and

Media attached. To increase the speed more channels to be added, which will be at extra cost

of Rs 5000/-

4) Media:

Media with spaces in filename shall not be delivered. Same kind of Media is also not

allowed. Like sending 2 PDF on same number at same time is not permissible.

5) Reports:

Report of Last 14 Days is only committed from our side, as to maintain the speed

and processing we have to clear old data frequently.

6) Numbers:

All numbers should have country code before the number. Max 2 numbers can be

sent at a time. Sending same message on same number again and again is highly not

permissible beyond the said limit of 20 times per hour.

7) Reselling:

API Credits once assigned to user cannot be taken back or recredit to other user.

8) Business Profile:

We do not commit to send messages with Logo and Business profile

always, we will give our best efforts to maintain it, but changing whatsapp conditions does not

guarantee it.

9) Downtime:

Although we had very low downtime in last 2 years, but still due to new updates,

security issues downtime can be between 4-24 hours. To report any issue regarding delivery of

10) Working :

Dynamic API works on different number different content basis. Same message

to multiple numbers may block your API account.
